Spies Cottage evolved over time, with each stage of renovation focused on improving the way the home functioned while creating a more cohesive living environment overall.

The bathroom and laundry formed part of the final stage of the project, with both spaces completely reconfigured to make better use of the available footprint. Layouts were refined, storage was carefully considered, and finishes were selected to create spaces that felt calm, practical, and consistent with the rest of the home.

While the work shown here focused on individual rooms, it formed part of a broader transformation that reimagined how the home was used day to day. The result is a home that feels more connected, more functional, and better suited to modern living.
