Violet House

Violet House is a classic colonial home located within Toowoomba’s tightly held Caledonian Estate, a pocket known for its grand, character-filled residences and established charm.

This renovation included two bathrooms and a custom library integrated into the master bedroom. Floor-to-ceiling joinery was carefully designed to frame the bed and sit comfortably within the room’s proportions, creating a space that feels original to the home rather than newly inserted.

The client brought a strong design vision, personally sourcing many fixtures and finishes. Our role was to install and integrate those selections with care, ensuring everything fit, functioned, and suited the home.

The result is a refined colonial home that honours its setting, respects its history, and functions beautifully for modern living.
