Violet House

Located within Toowoomba's Caledonian Estate, Violet House is a classic colonial home whose character provided the perfect backdrop for a highly considered renovation.

The project focused on two bathroom renovations and a custom library integrated into the master bedroom. Working closely with the homeowner to bring her carefully curated vision to life, every detail was chosen to complement the home's existing character, from handmade tiles and restored fixtures through to custom joinery designed specifically for the space. The floor-to-ceiling library was crafted to frame the bedroom and feel as though it had always been part of the home.

Rather than altering the home's identity, the renovation sought to elevate what was already there. Traditional details, quality materials, and thoughtful craftsmanship were combined to create spaces that feel refined, personal, and deeply connected to the character of the home.

The result is a home that feels both timeless and individual, reflecting the homeowner's vision while respecting the history and proportions of the original residence.
