Geddes Street

Geddes Street began with a layout that simply wasn’t working.
A sunken lounge at the front of the home felt disconnected and underused, while the overall flow lacked clarity.

Rather than just updating finishes, we reworked the structure of the space. The front of the home was redesigned to create a defined entry, a private study, and a calm master retreat. The objective was to correct the layout while protecting the home’s character.

The new ensuite and joinery were carefully detailed to sit naturally within the home’s existing proportions. The detailing integrates naturally with the home’s original proportions.

The result is a home that feels settled, considered, and quietly refined.
The result is a home with improved flow, stronger function, and retained character.
