Geddes Street

When the owners of Geddes Street purchased their home, they could see its potential, but the layout wasn't serving the way they wanted to live. The front of the home felt disconnected from the rest of the house, and several spaces weren't making the most of the footprint available.

The project focused on improving functionality and creating a layout that felt more purposeful, while still respecting the character of the existing home. A previously disconnected front room was reimagined to create a welcoming entry, a dedicated study, and a private master retreat, bringing greater structure and flow to the layout. An ensuite and carefully detailed joinery were integrated into the home, ensuring the new work felt consistent with its original proportions.

The result is a home with improved flow, greater functionality, and spaces that feel more connected and enjoyable to live in.
